Ladysafe and Sons Ltd was founded by myself, Pauline, in 2004 — not only with ladies in mind, but with the aim of offering a genuinely reliable and personal transport service. Within the first six months I had purchased two new vehicles and encouraged my eldest son, Adrian, to join the business. Those early years were spent working extremely hard to promote our name, gradually building a strong reputation and a loyal customer base.

As the business continued to grow, more drivers joined us over time, including my middle son, Graeme, which further strengthened the team.

I have now been retired for many years, and I am incredibly proud to see the business run smoothly and professionally by Adrian and Graeme.

Today, we have a strong team of reliable drivers and dedicated transport assistants, and we continue to expand. We pride ourselves on being 100% reliable, friendly, knowledgeable about the areas we cover, and committed to maintaining clean, well‑presented vehicles. Having lived and worked locally all my life, we have always recruited like‑minded people with strong local knowledge to ensure we deliver the best and most dependable service possible.

Much of our work comes from repeat customers and personal recommendations, which is wonderful to see. We are also a preferred supplier of Home to School transport for Surrey County Council — something we are extremely proud of. This work is rewarding for both our drivers and escorts, as well as for the children we support.
